Sik’Lik Youth Poetry Slam

Junior high and high school students in the Tarrant and Dallas counties are eligible to participate in the program

If selected to perform, students must be ready to deliver TWO of their best and most powerful presentations of poetry or spoken word. Performances may not exceed THREE minutes.

Release Waiver for Photography/Video

I understand that Impossible Possibilities may videotape or take photographs of the participants of the Sik'Lik Youth Poetry Event.
I grant permission to Impossible Possibilities to use any photographs, recordings or any other record of this event for purposes of promoting this event in the future.
Participants will retain all copyrights to their performances.
I understand that there is no compensation for my participation.
I waive and release Impossible Possibilities and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
